The name of this avatar base is Kajo (pronounced kah-yo)

Kajos are a species similar to fluffy dragons and kobolds. Kajos come from a planet far away and are named after its glowing details and the time of day they are most active on (dawn).

By purchasing and using the VRChat Avatar base, you agree to the following terms:

You May:

• Use the avatar in VRChat, Resonite, or similar compatible platforms.
• Use the avatar for VTubing, including games like Beat Saber.
• Modify the avatar for personal use. For commercial use of the base itself, contact the base creator.
• Sell custom commissions using the avatar.
  • You may share Substance Painter (.SPP) and Blender files only to complete an active commission.
  • These files must not be reused or redistributed once the work is done.
  • Model files (including .FBX, .blend, .OBJ, or similar) must not be shared unless both parties legally own the avatar.
  • You may help with project setup to make it upload-ready.
• Create and sell your own accessories for the avatar.
  • You may include bone or rigging data only necessary for compatibility, but no part of the base mesh or avatar model may be included.
• Create and share renders, illustrations, or artwork based on or using the avatar.
• Create and sell drawings, fursonas, or fursuits inspired by the avatar, as long as the work is original and not traced or stolen.
• You may upload public and private avatars made from this base. Public avatars may be used to advertise retextures, commissions, or services, and can be placed in worlds for others to use.

You May Not:

• Use the avatar base for direct commercial products without explicit permission (e.g., in games or commercial media).
• Claim credit for creating the avatar base.
• Share, sell, or redistribute the avatar model files (modified or not) is strictly prohibited.
  • Exception: Temporary sharing of .SPP or Blender files is allowed only for active commissions and only if both parties own the avatar.
• Use third-party assets with the avatar unless both parties own them legally and the assets follow similar terms.
• Include the base model mesh in any distributed files, even for accessory compatibility. Bones/rigging may be included where necessary.
• Use the avatar in any context that promotes or involves illegal, unethical, or discriminatory behavior (sexism, racism, homophobia, transphobia, etc.).
• Proceed with any use not explicitly covered in this document without first contacting the creator for permission.

• By purchasing or downloading any of my products, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to these terms of use, which apply to all current and future products released by the creator.
• When purchasing my products, you are obtaining a personal, non-transferable license to use them under these terms. If these terms are violated, I reserve the right to revoke your license and access to the affected product(s).
• The creator retains full authorship and copyright of all products, including avatar bases, models, textures, and related materials, regardless of any edits or modifications made by the user.
• The creator is not responsible for any improper, unauthorized, or unethical use of the products by others.
• The creator may use their own products, including avatars or assets, for portfolio, promotional, or commercial purposes.
• If you wish to create and sell your own versions, derivatives, or modifications of any of the creator's avatars, bases, or assets, you must first obtain written permission from the creator.
• All future updates to purchased products will be provided free of charge to verified owners of those products.
• These terms may be updated at any time. Continued use of the products after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
• All products are digital and delivered immediately after purchase. By purchasing, you consent to immediate access and acknowledge that your right to withdraw (cancel/refund) is waived once the download or access begins. Refunds will only be issued if the product is defective, not as described, or if all of the assets are not delivered as promised. Any other cases can be discussed. For customers outside of Finland, your local laws apply.
• When a refund or cancellation is processed, your license and access to all associated assets are revoked. After revocation, you are required to remove any copies of the product files, as further use is not permitted.
