Naali is a member of the (fox) canine species, but can be customized to meet different needs.

This is a widely customizable avatar, that goes for any canine or even feline species. Be it a fox, arctic fox, fennec fox, wolf, dog, you name it!

You may:

• Use the avatar on VRChat, Resonite, or any corresponding platform.
• Use the avatar for VTubing, including within games like Beat Saber.
• Make modifications to the avatar for personal use. For commercial use contact the avatar base creator.
• Sell custom commissions. Some avatar files may be shared such as SPP files and Blender files for retexturing and avatar modifications. Helping setting up the project to be ready for uploading is also allowed.
• Sell accessories that you have created for the avatar. However, you are not allowed to distribute any of the avatar files, except for partial rigging.
• Create and sell drawings, fursonas, or fursuits based on the avatar, as long as they are original creations and not traced or stolen.
• Upload public avatars created from this base. The avatar base may also be used for advertising retextures, avatar commissions, and such in form of a public avatar.

You may not:

• Use the avatar for commercial purposes. Advertising commissions/accessories/retextures is allowed.
• Take credit for the creation of the avatar base.
• Engage in harmful activities (illegal, immoral, unethical, sexist, racist, homophobic, transphobic, etc.) while using the avatar.
• Provide or sell any of the avatar files, even after modifications. (Except some files may be shared for commissions, but can be used only for that purpose)
• Share any modified version of the avatar that used third-party assets, unless both ends legally own the related files and the said assets follow the same Terms of Service.
• Proceed to do anything that the avatar creator hasn't authorized in doing.

Please also note the following:

• The avatar creator retains all credits for the avatar, regardless of any modifications made. However, the creator is not responsible for any inappropriate usage of the avatar.
• The creator reserves the rights to use the avatar for advertising and commercial purposes.
• You must seek permission from the creator for any actions not mentioned or clarified in the Terms of Service or if you have any doubts.
• The creator is not responsible for any misuse of the model.
• If you want to make your own version of this avatar model and sell it, you may contact the avatar base creator.
